Where Christian Teens Meet!

GOD BLESS AMERICA

Are you looking for the perfect place to hang out with Christians like you? Then you have come to the right place! JFreak's Hangout is a place for Christian teens to come hang out, take a load off, and just have fun!

The HangOut was made in late October in the intent that Christian teens could all get together and socialize with one another. We have gotten a lot of compliments frome people about the site, but I believe we can do better. The thing is that we need your input. If you have any suggestions please go to the CONTACT US page and drop us a line. Also, something that would make the HangOut a better place, since the whole idea is to get people socializing, we need more people! Write an email to all of your friends and tell them about us. We will hopefully be getting more stuff to add so keep us in prayer and be patient!!

Enjoy your stay with us here at the HangOut, and again keep us in prayer as we try to make this an even more fun experience for you!

What's New?

12/11/02- Hey guys. A quick note about the email. If you email us, make it an obvious title (such as: About the site ..etc...) cuz we have been getting too much junk mail and sometimes we can't distinguish between what is, and what isn't junk. Thanks!
God Bless,
The JFHO Crew

11/25/02- Hey guys. A couple things to add. First of all, Happy Early Thanksgiving to all you out there. Second, we now have an email address so you can send us actual feedback. The e-mail is JFHO@hotmail.com . Thirdly, we'll soon have Thanksgiving and Christmas Tributes up. And lastly, Jere has come up with a brilliant idea. We (me, Jere, and Dal) are all going to compile a list of the best albums, songs, artist of the year for all of you to vote on, so keep an eye out for that to be up. Have a good holiday and be looking for the new stuff.
God Bless,
-The HangOut Crew

11/6/02- Yet another update (what is this, Heaven? Its 2 in 2 days!) Anyhoo, due to being excessively busy, Jordan is no longer with the site. We may be recruting a new HTML guy, by the name of Ian...so word on the street has it anyway.
God Bless

10/21/02- Long time no update, I know. Sorry about that, we (the crew) have been overloaded with school work and tests. We promise to update more often, especially with the Thanksgiving holiday coming up. We've added a new bio on Cross Movement thanks to Dallas, and a new poem also thanks to Dallas. New Devotions will be up soon if not today. And also, Jules has permenentally quit the site due to personal reasons. God Bless!

8/13/2002 - Hey guys, in the mess of all this myself and Meg have changed the site a bit.  We have changed the background of the site for the first time since about Christmas.  We figured that you guys are probably bored with the old one so we changed that.  Also, we have moved the archives to tripod....they were on the AOL Hometown since Oct, but we wanted to put it all on tripod.  So that's it for now.  Give us feed back please, i know yall look here!!!! peace

08/08/2002 - Hey all... Jules will be on break from working on the hangout for a while. She and her family are under alot of stress right now and she is very busy. So, she will not be actively involved with the JFHO, but she has offered to help when she can and will be teaching Meg how to do the weekly updates so we can keep the site up and running. Thank you all for praying for us.

06/13/2002 - O.K. guys, we changed a few things, if you haven't noticed.  First off, the name at the top of your browser has changed.  We also got a new logo, kudos to Jules for that one.  And all the other stuff that we have now, so the HangOut is getting better, gradually.  Also CREATION EAST 2002 is June 26-29, hope you all can come out to it, we're all going for the first time and plan to have tons of fun.  We will try to have a section about it up ASAP!  So pray for Creation and God bless you and all the bands, staff, and everyone else involved with both Creatioln East and West!

06/07/2002 - Hey All! A few updates for you! We got a new message board! you don't have to be a member of tripod for this one! Our chat is back up and running! We got a hit counter so you can see how many hits our homepage gets!! We also have a brand new page where you can save backgrounds of your favorite music artists for your computer! Well that's all for now!

Weekly Devotion:

November 6- November 13

An American TV journalist interviewed a group of children from a Sunday school in southern Sudan where Arab Muslims regularly raided their village and slaughtered Christians. May of their relatives had already been killed.

The journalist asked, "Would you turn to Islam? Or would you prefer to die for Christ? If so, why?"

They replied, "We will remain Christians because this is the truth." As they spoke, their faces seemed to glow with light just like Stephen, Christianity's first martyr, whose face "was like that of an angel."

---Taken from the book "Jesus Freaks" by DC Talk and Voice of the Martyrs

We, as Jesus Freaks should all strive to have the faith of these little children.
