"I tell you the truth, no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again." (John 3:3) Is that confusing to you? It was to Nicodemus. He relyed to Jesus' statement saying "'How can a man be born when he is old?' Jesus answered, 'I tell you the truth, no one will see the kingdom of God unless he is born of water and the spirit.'" This may be a little less confusing
Jesus was pretty much saying in the third chapter of John that to live eternaly you must be born into the family of God. You don't get this because of an inheritence, but by recieving Jesus as your Lord and Savior. We are all sinners, and you must repent your sins to God or you can not go to the Father's kingdom. The Bible says that "The wages of sin is death" (Romans 6:23) this is not a physical death, but a spirital death, for your soul will not see the glory of Heaven but the agonizing torturous pain of hell. Your soul will live on for eternaity, but you have to decide where it will go. I'm not trying to scare you, but the truth doesn't lie. For me it's a pretty easy decision, I'd definitly want to spend eternity in heaven!
If you're still a little confused on how to become born again check out this verse: That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10: 9 See? All you have to do to recive eternity with Jesus is ask God to forgive you and accept you into his family and belive in Him.
If you would like to join us in living "in a place where there's no more need, no more pain and no more grief, and no more foolish disbelief", as FFH says in there song One of These Days, then pray a simple prayer right now. It's never too late! You can be 5 or 105, you could have done somthing that you think is so terrible that not even God could forgive you, but it doesn't matter He will still forgive you and come in to your heart, just ask Him to.

"Lord God, I want you to come into my heart. I know that I am a sinner, and the wages of
sin is death, but you have given me another chance, a chance to live with you for eternity!
Lord, I ask you to forgive me of all the sins that I have commited, so that I may be with
You in Your glory forever! Please come into my life. Thank you for your everlasting love and mercy.
In Your son's holy name I pray, Amen."
